Returns

You must contact us within 10 days of receipt for a return authorization number prior to returning any item for any reason. Upon notifying us of the return, National Audio Company, Inc will e-mail you instructions on returning the merchandise.

Any products damaged during shipment must be addressed by the customer with the responsible carrier.

All returns must be in the original packaging and be suitable for resale. National Audio Company, Inc will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged for that specific item, minus a 15% restocking charge.

National Audio Company, Inc will not refund shipping charges except when the wrong product was shipped as a result of our error.

Restocking and return shipping charges will not apply to those products returned due to a shipping error. If an item is received as a result of a National Audio Company, Inc error, contact us immediately and a pickup tag for the item will be issued.
