Q. If I request a test tape, does it take any longer to receive my order. A. No, we process the test tape a different way so that it will still take the same amount of turnaround time. Q. Can I pay for Rush Service? A. No, we feel that all of our customers are important, so we take the orders as they come in. Expedited shipping is always available. Please be aware of the additional cost to expedite the shipping. Q. By what methods can I send you my master files? A. Acceptable formats are CD-DA, .Mp3, .WAV files. For artwork, we prefer .PDF or Illustrator files. CD-R, cassette, DAT or open reel (1/4” or 1/2”). Q. What is my Catalog ID#? A. This is a number in which you will reference your project in your library. Typically, customers will use their initials and numerical numbers (ie. sam001 etc.). Q. What is my NAC Customer ID#? A. This is your account number that the computer will assign you when your first project is entered into the computer. You will find it on the upper left hand of the invoice you receive in the mail right below your name and address. Q. What type of j-cards to you use? A. We use a .008 Cornwall stock, standard 3 panel 4” X 4” card. Q. Can I send you my own j-cards if I prefer something other than a 3 panel card? A. Yes, you can send them to us. Please note there will be a small fee to insert them. Please deliver them folded. Q. Will I receive a proof of my artwork? A. Yes, we will email a proof of your imprint/label artwork. However, we typically will not proof the j-card unless otherwise asked or if the graphics department finds an issue of concern. Q. What types of payment do you accept? A. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), check, money orders and Pay Pal payments. Q. Can we get two colored cassette shells? A. No, our cassette shells are single color, front and back. Q. Can I get colored Norelco cassette boxes? A. Yes, we currently have clear/clear, clear/black, clear/white and clear/blue. Q. How do I let you know my test tape is approved? A. A form will come with your test tape, you can sign it and sent it in (either by email or mail). You can also just email us and let us know that it is approved. Q. What do you need to get a project started? A. You will need to submit your Order form, IPR form with track list, Art and Audio files (either by mail or electronically via an upload service or our ftp site). Q. I don’t feel comfortable putting my credit card number on the form and mailing it. How do I relay this information to you? A. At any time you can contact us at the office and we will be more than happy to accept it over the phone. Q. What if I am not able to complete my project or need to put it on hold? A. Please contact us at the office and make us aware of the situation. If need be, we can put your project on hold or cancel it. |
